Executive Summary
Adoodle’s NOXO division is focused on developing a variety of products, which may in the future modify behavior such as smoking, appetite and reaction to anxiety via the olfactory senses.
The company’s first product to reach market is called NOXO Odor Inhibitor and has the ability to alter the brain‘s ability to smell horrific odors. The odor is still there and it’s not masked, but the brain does not register its normal negative reaction to the malodor. The uniquely-formulated NOXO is based on advanced olfactory perception altering technology developed by Dr. V Ruth Pinney, who is a director of Adoodle and also heads up research efforts for the company.
NOXO Odor Inhibitor balm was recently featured in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s “R-Tech” newsletter.
The company solely owns the formulas for the NOXO Behavior Modification Product line. This technology and the new second-generation products have now found their way into the medical and dental arena, for testing and will shortly be available in consumer markets.
NOXO Odor Inhibitor solves the unmet need for a solution to coping with nauseating, offensive and unpleasant odors. There is a growing awareness among governments, corporations, small businesses and consumers throughout the world of the urgent need to protect workers and emergency personnel from the debilitating effects of offensive odors. First responders, homeland security personnel, government agencies, the military, healthcare and emergency services, as well as the private sector—including medical professionals, nursing homes and mortuary workers—are all natural constituencies for NOXO Odor Inhibitor because it’s a known fact that nauseating odors adversely and severely affect the concentration, capabilities and overall functioning of those exposed to them. This is a serious and ongoing problem for those at risk of exposure. And NOXO is the solution.

NOXO balms, when applied topically under the nostrils, help deliver scent molecules into the nose to the olfactory bulb where the chemical and neurotransmitter messengers are dispensed into the limbic system of the brain. From there, they are forwarded to areas of the central nervous system that mediate emotional, hormonal, metabolic, and other physiological responses throughout the body.
Recently, the company announced the opening of its new research facility. The Behavioral Modification research efforts focus on monetizable olfactory perception altering technologies. The NOXO Olfactory Research Laboratory is developing new and advanced products for the company, which may have a material effect on human biological functions and neurological systems responses.
