Our first product NOXO Odor Defense™ was developed by V. Ruth Pinney PhD, an advanced biochemist and Naval Commander, in an effort to create a severe, but non-lethal, odor weapon. She developed the weapon to deter riots and violence but needed something to block the odor for themselves.
